"This is a review for a Mr. Skylar Spicer, not a specific product. During Gold Rush days here in Wickenburg the local office was closed. My call was routed to Mr. Spicer in Surprise instead, who was covering for them. Not only did he take care of what I needed, he trusted my word and honored what the office here in Wickenburg had said. My policy was nearly cancelled because of an error on my end, and they said they would make sure the policy was not cancelled, and waived the late fee. Spencer took care of all of it, and I would recommend both Spencer Spicer in Surprise, and the local office here in Wickenburg. Everyone has been very helpful and kind all the way, and in a world where customer service is all but dead, that is much appreciated."

"We looked a long time to find a good insurance company with decent prices for our home and autos. We heard from a friend that State Farm was the place to go. We went in and met with Skyler Spicer and we couldn't ask for a nicer, more informed person to talk to.
